Still need help?

If you need more help or have any questions, please send an email to support@thingstream.io.

Complete the details for your things and select "Next" when ready.

You can optionally select the device manufacturer and model in the next step. This has no functional bearing but can be helpful to the Thingstream product and support teams.

The next step is to choose which MQTT topic should be used for messages received from the device. You can pick an existing topic, or add a new one from the search bar.

If you're ready to start using your device, you can select from the available MQTT Here plans, and activate the device. If you don't want to activate it yet, you can select "Cancel" and activate it later via the Thing Details page.

To find out more about the MQTT Here plans, please check our pricing page.

Once the device has been added, you can get the details that you need to configure the device itself from the Credentials page in Thing Details.
